The Harmonious Volunteer Center is an organization consisting of ordinary people, like you and me (grassroots) who have joined together under a 501c3 Nonprofit, Nonpartisan, Pennsylvania Corporation since January, 1998 who have worked under a transparent umbrella of successes and milestones of achievements. The accomplishments to date have initiated some 28 various programs that impact the lives of every man, woman, and child that our volunteers encounter. Our organization builds upon developing relationships; social problem solving; and developing innovative ideas into positive activities. Though our organization is not fancy, it is effective. has served for 20 plus years in the capacity of the Executive Director has appointed Agnes L. Shannon is conducting the National Network of professional coordinators.
